They gave my food to someone else and still messed up my order

I'm from Chicago, where I was used to good gyros from most neighborhood places. After leaving chicago over 5 years ago I finally found a place that serves a classic gyro and reminds me of the Greek family neighborhood restaurants that served good comfort food. I have been here 3 times and have ordered a gyro sandwich each time. I can't speak for the rest of ther menu, but the gyro, friendly service, and convenient location keeps me coming back.

I Love their Greek GYRO'S ..I Love the Greek Salad with Feta Cheese ...I enjoy this place...Fresh Food Excellent customer Service.

Chose this place to have dinner while waiting for my car to be serviced. Best decision. Wait staff was awesome. Food was great. Will make it a point to come back.

Recommended by their letter carrier who raves about both the food and friendly service and absolutely right on both counts. Enjoyed a delicious fresh traditional gyro (pronounced "yee•roh") that would make anyone Greek proud and possibly homesick. Will have yo make sure I have some baklava next time!

So I've been craving a gyro for some time now but I live on the eastern shore of Maryland so I've not been able to satisfy that craving, many failed attempts however. Today however, thanks to Chris's I was able to satisfy that craving with a great Gyro. I think back to all the missed opportunities to eat here all the time I drove past and never considered stopping oh if i could just get that time back. I can't wait to try other items off the menu now that I've found this place. Thanks Chris and great customer service also. I attached a photo but...I ate it all before I remembered to take a pic.

Delicious Greek food and friendly staff. Parking lot is often full and limited in availability.

Went here with a friend of mine. We both had high expectations. As usual they delivered. Service the food was amazing. This place is timeless. Great food, Great place. Will always come back.

The food was absolutely delicious!! Large portions, so you always get your money's worth. The spinach pie, calamari, moussaka, dolmades, pasticio and baklava are all amazing!!! Will definitely be making another trip there soon!

Excellent food. The decor could be upgraded and I got a couple of rounds of dirty silverware. Otherwise the customer service is pretty good and so was the food. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

My wife has a classic gyro platter, I had the chicken gyro platter. Best gyros we have had in years. Very hard to find an authentic Greek restaurant with quality food. They nailed it!We are making this restaurant part of our routine.

Chris's Charcoal Pit has great Greek food at a reasonable price. Everything is cooked fresh to order. The servers are nice and attentive. Parking can be rough during busy hours.

Amazing Greek food in Annapolis! Fast service and family-friendly

Delicious Greek food. They serve a ton of food. The waiter is super sweet. He was patient with my friend when she was asked him what he recommended and described Greek dishes. I had the sampler and was surprised that the chicken gyro was really good. I have tons of leftovers for dinner the following night.

I was a bit skeptical about the place at first sight. I could picture seeing this place on one of those restaurant rescue shows by Gordon Ramsay. The menu was large and we were the only ones there. The server was helpful and made some recommendations. Still a bit wary, I will admit that the gyro was pretty good, though. I swear it weighed about 3 lbs. Dessert was nice, too. Give it whirl!

Great menu! Cozy setting! So MUCH FOOD! Greek beers too! Lots of leftovers! Spinach Pie and dolmades were so great!

The food and service is great.

I've been coming to Chris's since I was a kid in the 90s. It's got great food and great service! Get the athenian chicken or gyro platter, you cant go wrong. The pizzas are amazing, huge and delicious. The hot steak and cheese subs are also the best around. This place has seating inside for a group or you can get take out, I've done both and had great food either way.

The gyro was very good. I had the "Achilles heel" style. I stopped in for lunch and the service was quick and the food came out and it very reasonable amount of time. The gyro platter, consisting of french fries and a Greek salad, with soft drink came to $20. That's more than I typically spend for lunch, but probably worth a splurge occasionally.

Best pita I've ever had. I didn't even know pita could be that could. The Chicken Gyro was also delicious. I could taste the char.

I think their Greek food is good but their fries are not. It seems like it needs a bit of a overhaul or revamp. It's in a busy location and sometimes it's hard to find parking as well.

Delicious Gyros! Spinach pie is very authentic. I visit this place whenever I am in town. Chris's is one of my favorite mom and pop places for great food.

Fast friendly service, authentically generous portions of Greek Food, The original owner's vision, blood, sweat and tears can still be felt with every Gyro they serve. New owners have kept all the original favorites as well as brightening the atmosphere with new flooring.

Tonight was Athenian Platter which was great, tender well seasoned grilled chicken in a pita with homemade sauce and veggies with fries and a small Greek salad.

Hidden gem! Delicious fresh food, quick friendly service. Parking lot is small and tight so finding a spot at lunch time can be challenging. But don't let that keep you away! They also do a fair amount of take out sales.
